To Whom It May Concern,

It is with great pleasure that I recommend a fine student, Mr./Ms. first name(名) last name(姓)to exchange to 該姊妹校/系的名字. During his/her 期間單位(例如學期、年) at 你的學校, he/she was 講述關係(例如assumed the office of my assistant researcher).

Although we have known for one semester, her outstanding behavior was impressed me because she was stood out from six candidates who wants to become my assistant researcher and she was a stable person and high sense of responsibility. As a result, when I ran into her requesting for writing recommendation letter I agreed without the slightest hesitation.

Ms. Chen interest in learning the Japanese language allowed her to develop her Japanese skills and have passed Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 level test at December 7, 2014. And now she used exchange language platform to make Japanese friends to improve her communication skills. Apart from study in Japanese, She also has been to Japan twice by going backpacking, planning everything by herself. Ms. Chen was enthusiastic about learning Japanese language and Japan’s culture.

She was work well with a multi-cultural and diverse work force. Also has ability to work well with others. Ms. Chen was energetic of dealing with foreigner and helping people.

She hopes to use professional skills (HRMs) combine language ability (Japanese) to increase her competitiveness for future.
